407) The End of Ch. 1: Being More Specific. Start of Ch. 2: For Clarity.

Dear Mr Javid,

Chapter 1 - Being More Specific - has come to an end due to the imminent and sad demise of "BlogForever"  on the 15th December 2015. Another European experiment that promised much more than it could ever deliver.

Which is a bit like Ombudsman Services:Property.

Apart from death, taxes, cover-ups, collusion, corruption and general all round injustice, nothing seems to last forever these days.

Chapter two - For Clarity - can now be found at www.blogger.com - The Ombudsmans61percent Campaign.

Why, "For Clarity?"

For Clarity is dedicated to the Ombudsman Services:Property lead ombudsman who wrote to us to say,
"For clarity, I do not agree that any failure (by me or my colleagues for that matter) to give an answer to a question means we have refused to answer that question."

For clarity - we just wanted some answers to our questions.

The Ombudsmans61percent Campaign is seeking:
- answers from Vince Cable.
- answers from Jo Swinson.
- answers from Sajid Javid,
- a public inquiry into the workings of Ombudsman Services:Property (a company that formerly traded as the Surveyors Ombudsman Services before undergoing rebranding) and the role of the RICS.
- compensation for the victims of illogical Final Decisions.
- the setting up of a truly "fair" and "independent" redress scheme free from RICS' influence.
