Or are the antiCorbyn Blairite embracers of managerial capitalism, truth be known, involved in the cover-up?

We did after all, offer to speak to the EU Justice Sub-Committee on ADR post Brexit. It is chaired by Labour's Dame Helena Kennedy.

The Guardian tells us about the "dysfunctional" market in overdraft fees or as we prefer to call it - the rigged market - in banks enthusiastically fleecing vulnerable people.

A rampant rigged market capitalism is being left free by its placemen/women in Parliament and the regulatory bodies they supposedly hold to account to maximise its profits at the expense of largely powerless consumers.

Strange how the pro-business press and the pro-business Labour faction within the Labour Party remain silent on how private preBrexit justice was able to, "arrive at decisions in an illogical manner" for so long.

Of course there was a logic behind the illogical decisions - the need to pass the cost of failure onto the consumer. Otherwise things would have been different only they weren't.

The Ombudsmans61percent Campaign is seeking:

1. Answers from; Lewis Shand Smith, Gillian Fleming, Dame Janet Finch, Jonathan May, Steven Gould, Lord Tim Clement Jones, RICS the Regulator, the improbably named Independent Assessor, Vince'll Fix-It Cable, Jo Swinson, Sajid "Il Duce" Javid, Francis Maude, Andrea Leadsom, the government monitors of this government approved scheme, Dame Julie "I'll Prosecute You" Mellor, Dame Helena Kennedy, The EU Justice Sub-Committee, Yvonne Fovargue, The All Party Parliamentary Group on Consumer Protection.

2. A public inquiry into Ombudsman Services:Property (a company formerly trading as the Surveyors Ombudsman Service until being rebranded) and the role of the RICS in determing what was and what wasn't an effective resolution of a complaint.

3. Compensation for the victims of the ombudsman's illogical Final Decisions and the executives' maladministration of consumers' complaints.

4. The setting up of a state-run, fair, transparent and accountable ADR scheme free from RICS' malign influence.
